The COXREELS 1175-6-100-H is a heavy-duty motorized hose reel from the 1175 Series, designed for demanding industrial and trade applications that require reliable, high-volume hose management. Built on a one-piece, all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base, this reel accepts a 1 inch ID hose up to 100 feet in length. A hydraulic motor drive powers the reel, reducing operator fatigue during frequent retrieval cycles. CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs with rolled edges add structural strength while protecting hose integrity. A nickel-plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount.
The 1175-6-100-H suits industrial fluid transfer, hydraulic service, and heavy equipment maintenance environments where larger hose diameters and longer hose runs are standard. The open drum slot and low-profile outlet riser eliminate hose crimping and promote smooth, even wraps across the drum. This reel is well-suited for shop floor installations, service bays, and mobile service rigs where a hydraulic motor drive is available and hose capacity requirements exceed what compact reels can handle. Permanently lubricated, self-aligning pillow block bearings support smooth drum rotation under load.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit reel for industrial and trade applications requiring a 1 inch ID hose reel with hydraulic motor drive and up to 100 feet of hose capacity.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified industrial mechanic or fluid power technician. Before mounting or connecting hose, depressurize and lock out all hydraulic supply lines in accordance with site-specific LOTO procedures. Secure the A-frame base to a rigid mounting surface using the integrated mounting pattern in the base plate. Verify that the hydraulic motor supply circuit pressure and flow rate are within the reel manufacturer specifications before commissioning.
