The COXREELS 1175-6-100-EA is a heavy-duty motorized hose reel built on the 1175 Series platform, designed for demanding industrial and commercial fluid transfer applications. It accommodates 1 inch ID hose with a 1-7/16 inch OD and a 100 ft hose capacity. The unit is powered by a 115 volt AC, 1/2 HP reversible AC rectified motor, enabling powered hose retrieval without manual cranking. The frame is constructed from 12-gauge steel using a one-piece all-welded A-frame base for maximum structural rigidity. A nickel-plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel enables quick hose installation and seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount.
The 1175 Series reel is suited for industrial facilities, service bays, agriculture, and fleet maintenance operations where larger hose diameters and longer hose runs are required. The larger chassis design handles greater hose capacities compared to smaller-frame reel series. The open drum slot and low-profile outlet riser deliver flat, even hose wraps that reduce kinking and uneven coiling during repeated use cycles. Permanent installation on a fixed mount or workbench is the typical deployment scenario for this motorized configuration.
Designed as an OEM-style motorized hose reel for industrial and commercial applications requiring 1 inch ID hose with up to 100 ft of hose capacity on a large-chassis reel platform.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified mechanic or industrial maintenance technician. Disconnect and lockout all electrical power to the motor circuit before servicing the unit or making wiring connections, and follow applicable NEC requirements for motor branch circuits. Ensure the mounting surface can support the combined weight of the reel and a fully loaded hose before securing the base. Do not exceed the rated hose diameter or length capacity, as overloading the drum affects rotation and swivel integrity.
