The COXREELS 1175-6-100-E-SP is an electro-polished stainless steel motorized hose reel from the 1175-SS Series, designed for demanding applications where corrosion, contamination, and rust are constant concerns. It accepts hose with a 1-inch inner diameter and 1 7/16-inch outer diameter, with a 100-foot hose capacity. A 12-volt DC, 1/3 HP reversible electric motor drives the drum, replacing hand-crank effort in high-cycle or heavy-use environments. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and industrial service technicians working in food processing, chemical handling, marina, and similar corrosive environments are the primary installers and operators of this reel.
The 1175-6-100-E-SP suits fixed-mount service installations where a stainless steel fluid path is required to prevent contamination or corrosion. Typical applications include food and chemical processing lines, marina fuel or water service stations, washdown stations, and any site where rust or chemical exposure would compromise a standard steel or aluminum reel. The fully stainless steel construction, from the inlet swivel through the drum discs and outlet riser, keeps the fluid path clean and non-reactive across the entire hose run.
Designed for use with hose having a 1-inch inner diameter and a 1 7/16-inch outer diameter, up to 100 feet in length. Intended for fixed-mount installations in corrosive or contamination-sensitive environments including food processing, chemical processing, and marina service applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid handling equipment and low-voltage DC wiring. Disconnect and lock out the 12-volt DC power supply before servicing the motor or any electrical components. Secure the A-frame base to a rigid surface using the integrated mounting pattern, and verify all NPT swivel inlet connections are properly sealed before pressurizing the line. Consult applicable facility codes and the manufacturer documentation for torque and wiring requirements specific to your installation.
