The COXREELS 1175-6-100-E is a heavy-duty motorized hose reel from the 1175 Series, designed for large-diameter, high-capacity hose management in demanding trade applications. It features a 1-inch inner diameter inlet, accommodates up to 100 feet of hose, and is driven by a 12-volt DC, 1/3 HP reversible electric motor. The chassis is built around a one-piece, all-CNC robotically welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base for rigid, mount-ready structure. A low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design ensures flat, even hose wraps without crimping. Licensed tradespeople in industrial, mechanical, and fleet service environments are the primary installers of this reel.
The 1175-6-100-E is suited for fixed or semi-permanent installations where large-diameter hose must be deployed and retracted reliably under power. Its larger chassis accepts hose capacities and diameters beyond what lighter-duty reels can handle, making it appropriate for heavy commercial shops, maintenance facilities, fleet service bays, and similar high-use environments. The motorized 12V DC drive allows hands-free retraction, reducing operator fatigue in high-cycle applications. Compatible mounting hardware locations are integrated directly into the steel base frame.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and direct-fit unit for large-capacity hose reel applications requiring a 1-inch ID inlet and 100-foot hose capacity with 12V DC motorized operation.
Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanic or service technician familiar with 12V DC wiring and hose fitting connections. Disconnect and lock out all power sources before servicing the motor or electrical connections. Ensure the mounting surface can support the loaded weight of the reel and hose before securing the base frame. Hose connections should be made using appropriate NPT fittings and verified leak-free before returning the unit to service.
