The COXREELS 117-4-350 is a 100 Series hand crank hose reel built for working pressures up to 4,000 psi. It accepts 1/2-inch ID, 7/8-inch OD hose and holds up to 350 feet. The reel is constructed from heavy-gauge steel with CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs and a solid one-piece U-shaped frame. A machined brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows hose installation and seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount. Licensed contractors and service technicians in commercial and industrial environments install this reel where high-pressure hose management and compact footprint both matter. The unit ships without hose.
The 117-4-350 is suited for commercial and industrial applications where a high-pressure, hand-crank hose management solution is required. Its compact, lightweight frame makes it practical in tight service bays, equipment rooms, or on mobile service rigs. The adjustable tension brake controls draw speed and prevents free-wheeling during operation, transport, or storage. At 37 pounds, the reel is portable enough for field deployment yet built to handle demanding daily use in wash-down, lubrication, coolant, or similar fluid-delivery applications. All models are supplied without hose.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-install solution for high-pressure hand crank hose reel applications accepting 1/2-inch ID hose. Stainless steel variants are available in the 100 Series line. Supplied less hose.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified service technician or millwright using standard hand tools. Mount the reel to a structurally sound surface capable of supporting the loaded reel weight before securing fasteners. Relieve all system pressure and depressurize the hose line completely before connecting or disconnecting hose at the swivel fitting. Follow applicable facility safety and fluid-handling codes when routing hose for pressurized fluid systems.
