The COXREELS 112WT-1-50 is a hand crank welding gas hose reel from the 100W Series, built for commercial and industrial environments where compact size, durability, and reliable gas flow management are required. The reel features a one-piece heavy-gauge all-steel U-shaped frame measuring 16.5 inches long, 12.5 inches wide, and 13.5 inches tall, and weighs 28 pounds. It accepts 1/4 inch ID hose up to 50 feet and is supplied without hose. Licensed trades including welders, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance technicians are the primary installers and operators of this unit.
The 112WT-1-50 is designed for welding gas supply applications in commercial shops, fabrication facilities, and industrial job sites. Its external dual-ported brass swivel allows both inlet and outlet connections to remain accessible from the same side of the reel, eliminating the need to dismount the unit during connection changes. The direct hand crank provides controlled mechanical retraction, and the adjustable tension brake regulates spool speed during payout, retraction, transport, and storage. This reel is well suited to fixed wall or bench mounting in production and maintenance settings.
Designed as an OEM-style welding gas hose reel for use with 1/4 inch ID hose in commercial and industrial welding gas supply systems. Unit is supplied less hose.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified welder, pipefitter, or industrial maintenance technician. Shut off all gas supply valves and verify zero pressure at the reel before making or breaking any connections. Mounting hardware selection should account for the loaded weight of the reel and hose; consult applicable facility and OSHA guidelines for overhead or wall-mounted equipment. Inspect swivel seals and hose connections for leaks using an approved leak detection solution after placing the system back into service.
