The COXREELS 112P-3-8-CM is a hand crank Pure Flow series hose reel engineered for the safe, uncontaminated transfer of potable water, breathing air, and other clean fluids. Built with a full stainless steel air and fluid path and a stainless steel swivel inlet, this reel meets the sanitary demands of drinking water systems and respiratory air supply lines. The swivel uses non-toxic, food-grade grease throughout. The one-piece steel tube frame measures 18 inches long, 13 inches wide, and 19.5 inches tall, and the entire unit weighs 18 pounds. The direct hand crank provides reliable mechanical retraction without requiring a power source.
This reel is suited for residential, commercial, and industrial applications where fluid purity is a non-negotiable requirement. Typical installations include potable water service stations, breathing air supply setups in confined-space or respiratory protection programs, and any service environment requiring sanitized, non-contaminated fluid delivery. The 3/8 inch ID hose path and full-flow NPT swivel inlet maintain consistent flow rates across the full 100-foot hose length. The base includes mounting holes for either temporary positioning or permanent installation on floors, walls, or work benches.
Designed for use with 3/8 inch ID hose up to 100 feet in length. Suitable for low-pressure and high-pressure breathing air systems, potable water distribution lines, and other clean-fluid hose applications requiring a sanitized, non-contaminated fluid path.
Installation is typically performed by a plumber, safety equipment technician, or qualified maintenance professional. Shut off the fluid supply and depressurize the hose line completely before mounting or servicing the reel. Base mounting holes allow bolting to a fixed surface — use fasteners rated for the substrate and service load. Verify that all downstream fittings and hose materials are rated for the intended fluid type and working pressure before placing the system in service.
