The COXREELS 1125PCL-8M-EA is a motorized cord reel from the 1125PCL Series, designed for professional electrical cord management in heavy-duty service environments. It accommodates up to 250 feet of 12/3 or 10/3 gauge SO-type power cord and is driven by a 115-volt AC, 1/2 HP reversible AC rectified motor. The all-welded steel frame and CNC robotically spun ribbed discs are built for demanding daily use. A drum-located slip ring assembly with a removable access panel simplifies routine maintenance without requiring the reel to be dismounted. Licensed electricians and industrial maintenance professionals are the primary installers of this unit.
This cord reel is suited for industrial, commercial, and contractor applications where long cord lengths must be deployed and retracted reliably. It is appropriate for job site power distribution, shop floors, maintenance facilities, and similar environments where heavy-gauge SO cord is standard. The motorized retraction eliminates manual cranking effort, making it practical for repeated daily cycling. The integrated anti-rotation cable keeper on the 5-foot lead cable prevents whipping or twisting during operation.
Designed as an OEM-style motorized cord reel compatible with 12/3 and 10/3 gauge SO-type power cord in industrial and commercial cord management applications.
Installation of this motorized cord reel should be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the NEC. Disconnect and lock out all power sources before mounting or servicing the unit. The steel A-frame base includes a built-in mounting pattern for secure attachment to walls, ceilings, or structural supports. Verify that the supply circuit voltage and amperage ratings match the motor specifications before energizing the unit.
