The COXREELS 1125P-4-8-H is a Pure Flow series hose reel built for the safe, uncontaminated transfer of breathing air, potable water, and other clean fluids. It features an all-stainless-steel air and fluid path with a stainless-steel swivel inlet lubricated with non-toxic, food-grade grease, keeping the media free from contamination throughout the entire flow path. The reel accepts hose with a 1/2-inch inner diameter and 7/8-inch outer diameter. At 43 pounds, this is a heavy-duty unit constructed around a one-piece CNC robotically welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, industrial safety professionals, and respiratory air system installers are the primary end users.
This reel is designed for low- and high-pressure respiratory air systems, potable drinking water supply lines, and any application requiring a sanitized fluid transfer path. The spring rewind retraction makes it practical in fixed service bays, compressor rooms, safety stations, and field service setups where fast hose retrieval matters. The CPC powder coat finish resists chipping and rust, extending service life in shop and outdoor environments. An adjustable tension brake prevents free-wheeling during payoff. The open drum slot design and exclusive low-profile outlet riser promote a flat, non-crimping hose wrap that protects hose integrity over repeated cycles.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct installation reel for 1/2-inch ID hose systems in respiratory air, potable water, and clean-fluid transfer applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with compressed air or fluid distribution systems and applicable local codes. Shut off and depressurize the supply line completely before connecting or disconnecting the swivel inlet. Use thread sealant rated for the media being transferred — confirm compatibility with potable water or breathing air service before applying. Secure the reel to a structurally sound mounting surface using the integrated base mounting pattern, and verify all fittings are leak-free before returning the system to service.
