The COXREELS 1125P-4-8-E is a motorized Pure Flow series hose reel engineered for clean-fluid transfer applications including breathing air, potable water, and other sanitized fluid systems. Driven by a 12-volt DC, 1/3 HP reversible electric motor, this reel features a fully stainless steel air and fluid path with a stainless steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel inlet lubricated with non-toxic, food-grade grease. The result is a reel that keeps fluid transfer free of contamination throughout the service cycle. At 50 pounds and built on a one-piece CNC robotically welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base, the unit is constructed for demanding industrial and trade environments.
The 1125P-4-8-E is suited for facilities and mobile service operations that require dependable, contamination-free hose management. Typical installations include respiratory air supply systems in low- and high-pressure breathing applications, potable water distribution on job sites, and any service scenario where hose cleanliness and fluid integrity are mandatory. The electric motorized retraction makes it well-suited for high-frequency use where manual rewinding is impractical. Licensed contractors, industrial hygienists, and facility maintenance professionals are the primary installers of this reel.
Designed as an OEM-style motorized hose reel for use with 1/2-inch inner diameter hose in breathing air, potable water, and clean-fluid transfer systems requiring a stainless steel fluid path.
Installation should be performed by a qualified tradesperson familiar with compressed air or fluid distribution systems and low-voltage DC wiring. Shut off the fluid supply and disconnect all electrical power to the motor circuit before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the reel to a structurally sound mounting surface using the integrated base mounting pattern. Confirm motor polarity and circuit protection comply with applicable NEC requirements before energizing.
