The COXREELS 1125P-4-6-H is a Pure Flow series hose reel designed for clean-fluid applications including breathing air, potable water, and other sanitary fluid transfer systems. The reel features an all-stainless steel air and fluid path with a stainless steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel inlet, ensuring non-contaminated fluid transfer. The drum and discs are CNC robotically spun and ribbed with rolled edges for structural strength and hose protection. A CPC powder coat finish resists chipping and rust. At 42 pounds, this is a heavy-duty unit suited for permanent installation by licensed plumbers, mechanical contractors, or safety equipment technicians.
The 1125P-4-6-H is built for applications requiring sanitized, non-contaminated fluid transfer. Common uses include respiratory air hose storage for low- and high-pressure breathing systems, potable water lines for drinking water systems, and food-grade fluid handling environments. The spring rewind retraction makes it practical in fixed service bays, wash-down stations, and industrial safety stations where quick hose retrieval is needed. The low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design supports flat, non-crimping hose wrap, extending hose service life.
Designed for use in Pure Flow series installations requiring sanitary fluid transfer, including breathing air systems and potable water applications. Accepts 1/2 inch inner diameter hose with a 7/8 inch outer diameter.
Installation should be performed by a qualified plumber or mechanical contractor familiar with sanitary fluid system requirements. Shut off the fluid supply and depressurize the line completely before connecting or disconnecting the reel. Secure the A-frame base to a structurally sound mounting surface using the integrated mounting pattern. Verify all swivel connections are properly threaded and leak-tested before returning the system to service.
