The COXREELS 1125-6-75 is a heavy-duty hand crank hose reel from the 1125 Series, built for demanding industrial and trade applications. It features a one-piece all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base for superior structural integrity, CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs with rolled edges for hose protection and operator safety, and an electroless nickel-plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel inlet. The low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design ensures a non-crimping, flat, smooth hose wrap. Permanently lubricated self-aligning pillow block bearings deliver smooth rotation and long service life. This reel accepts 1-inch ID hose up to 75 feet in length.
The 1125-6-75 is suited for industrial facilities, fleet maintenance shops, contractor job sites, and commercial service environments where reliable hose management and mechanical retraction are required. The direct hand crank mechanism provides easy manual retrieval, and the adjustable tension brake prevents free-wheeling during use. The CPC powder coat finish resists chips and rust, making this reel appropriate for both indoor and exposed service bays.
Designed to accept 1-inch ID hose with a 1-7/16-inch OD and a maximum hose length of 75 feet, consistent with standard industrial hose reel fitment in the 1125 Series.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified maintenance technician or industrial service professional. Mount the reel securely to a wall, floor, or ceiling surface using the mounting pattern integrated into the steel base. Ensure all fluid supply lines are depressurized and shut off before connecting or disconnecting hose fittings at the swivel inlet. Follow applicable facility safety procedures and local codes when routing hose lines in pressurized service environments.
