The COXREELS 1125-6-75-H is a heavy-duty hose reel from the 1125 Series, engineered for demanding industrial and commercial service environments. It accommodates hose with a 1 inch inside diameter and a 1 7/16 inch outside diameter, with a 75-foot hose capacity. The reel features an all-welded one-piece steel A-frame base constructed from 12-gauge steel, CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs, and permanently lubricated self-aligning pillow block bearings. Available in hand crank and motorized configurations, it is installed by mechanical contractors, industrial maintenance technicians, and fluid-handling service professionals.
The 1125-6-75-H is suited for industrial facilities, service garages, fleet maintenance operations, and other heavy-use environments where reliable hose management is critical. The reel's open drum slot design and low-profile outlet riser allow the hose to wrap flat and smooth, reducing kinking and extending hose life. At 68 pounds, the unit is built for permanent or semi-permanent mounting in fixed service bays or on mobile equipment platforms.
Designed as an OEM-specification reel for industrial and commercial fluid-handling applications accepting 1 inch ID hose with up to 75 feet of hose length.
Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanic or industrial maintenance technician familiar with hose reel mounting requirements. Shut off and depressurize the supply line completely before connecting or disconnecting the swivel inlet. Secure the reel to a structurally sound surface using the mounting pattern located in the steel base. On motorized configurations, verify that the hydraulic motor connections are made per the equipment manufacturer's specifications before pressurizing the system.
