The COXREELS 1125-6-50 is a heavy-duty hand crank hose reel from the 1125 Series, designed for demanding industrial and trade applications. It accepts hose with a 1 inch inner diameter and 1 7/16 inch outer diameter and holds up to 50 feet of hose. The all-welded steel A-frame base, CNC robotically spun ribbed discs, and CPC powder coat finish give this reel the structural integrity and corrosion resistance required for long-term service. An electroless nickel plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel inlet and low-profile outlet riser allow smooth, consistent hose feed and retrieval. HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial service professionals rely on this class of reel for air, water, and fluid delivery in fixed or mobile service setups.
The 1125-6-50 suits residential and commercial service environments where a reliable, manually retracted hose reel is required. The open drum slot design promotes a flat, non-crimping hose wrap, which extends hose service life and maintains flow consistency. The adjustable tension brake prevents free-wheeling during retraction. Permanently lubricated, self-aligning pillow block bearings keep rotation smooth under continuous use. This reel is well suited for service bays, mechanical rooms, and fleet maintenance facilities where hose reels see daily use.
Designed as an OEM-style fit within the COXREELS 1125 Series platform, compatible with 1 inch ID hose up to 50 feet in length. Refer to COXREELS documentation for motor kit and accessory compatibility within the 1125 Series.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified service technician or millwright. Mount the reel to a solid structural surface using the mounting pattern located in the steel base, ensuring the mounting substrate can support the loaded weight of the reel and hose. Shut off and bleed all fluid pressure from the connected supply line before making or breaking any hose or swivel connections. Follow applicable local codes and manufacturer torque specifications for threaded NPT fittings to prevent leaks.
