The COXREELS 1125-6-50-ED is a heavy-duty motorized hose reel from the 1125 Series, designed for demanding industrial and commercial fluid-transfer applications. It features a 12-volt DC, 1/2 HP explosion-proof reversible motor and accommodates hose with a 1-inch ID and 1-7/16-inch OD up to 50 feet in length. The reel is built around a one-piece, all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base and CNC robotically spun ribbed discs with rolled edges. Licensed trades and industrial maintenance professionals are the primary installers and users of this equipment.
The 1125-6-50-ED is suited for industrial facilities, fleet maintenance shops, and commercial service environments where motorized hose retrieval and consistent hose management are required. Its low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design promote a flat, non-crimping hose wrap, reducing wear during repeated pay-out and retraction cycles. The electroless nickel-plated steel swivel inlet provides a full-flow 90-degree NPT connection for continuous fluid transfer without restricting flow.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit unit within the COXREELS 1125 Series for industrial and commercial hose reel applications requiring a 1-inch ID hose path and motorized retraction.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid-transfer equipment and low-voltage electrical systems. Shut off all fluid supply and disconnect or de-energize the 12-volt DC power source before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the reel to a stable surface using the mounting pattern located in the steel base. Verify that all NPT connections are properly sealed and that the motor wiring complies with applicable electrical codes before returning the system to service.
