The COXREELS 1125-6-35 is a heavy-duty hand crank hose reel from the 1125 Series, engineered for demanding industrial and commercial service applications. Built around a one-piece all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base, this reel accepts hose with a 1-inch ID and 1-7/16-inch OD up to 35 feet in length. The electroless nickel plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel inlet and low-profile outlet riser work together to deliver consistent flow without kinking or flattening the hose. Permanently lubricated, self-aligning pillow block bearings ensure smooth rotation across a wide range of service environments. Licensed tradespeople and industrial maintenance crews rely on this reel for reliable, repeatable hose management.
The 1125-6-35 is suited for industrial facilities, commercial service bays, and heavy-duty maintenance operations where consistent, high-cycle hose deployment and retraction are required. The direct hand crank mechanism allows straightforward mechanical retraction without electrical infrastructure. An adjustable tension brake prevents freewheeling during deployment, keeping the hose under control on busy work floors or elevated platforms. This reel is appropriate for air, water, and compatible fluid service lines in both permanent wall-mount and floor-mount configurations.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit unit for industrial hose reel applications requiring a 1-inch ID hose connection up to 35 feet in length within the COXREELS 1125 Series.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial maintenance technician or licensed tradesperson familiar with fluid distribution systems. Shut off and depressurize the supply line completely before mounting or connecting the reel. Secure the A-frame base to a structurally sound surface using fasteners appropriate for the mounting substrate, following applicable facility safety codes. Do not exceed the rated hose capacity or operating pressure specified for the connected hose assembly.
