The COXREELS 1125-6-35-H is a heavy-duty motorized hose reel from the 1125 Series, designed for demanding industrial and trade applications. It accommodates hose with a 1 inch inner diameter and a 1 7/16 inch outer diameter, with a 35-foot hose capacity. The reel is driven by a hydraulic motor and features an electroless nickel-plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel inlet for smooth, leak-resistant fluid transfer. The unit weighs 56 pounds and measures 25.5 inches in length, 22 inches in width, and 22 inches in height. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance technicians are the primary installers.
The 1125-6-35-H is suited for industrial facilities, fleet maintenance shops, construction sites, and other heavy-use environments where reliable hose management is critical. The hydraulic motor drive makes it appropriate for installations where electric power is unavailable or where hydraulic power is already present in the work circuit. The open drum slot and low-profile outlet riser design allow the hose to lay flat during winding, reducing kinking and extending hose service life. This reel ships as a single unit and is intended for fixed or semi-permanent mounting.
Designed for use with hose having a 1 inch inner diameter and a 1 7/16 inch outer diameter, up to 35 feet in length, as part of the COXREELS 1125 Series hose reel platform.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter, plumber, or industrial maintenance technician familiar with hydraulic systems. Depressurize and isolate the hydraulic circuit completely before connecting or disconnecting any fittings. The steel A-frame base includes a pre-located mounting pattern for secure attachment to a wall, floor, or equipment frame using appropriate fasteners. Follow all applicable facility safety codes and hydraulic system manufacturer guidelines during installation.
