The COXREELS 1125-6-35-EA is a heavy-duty industrial hose reel from the 1125 Series, built for demanding trade and industrial applications. It features a 1-inch inner diameter hose path and accommodates 35 feet of hose. The reel is driven by a 115-volt AC, 1/2 HP reversible AC rectified motor, making it well suited for powered retrieval in high-use service environments. The one-piece all-welded steel A-frame base, CNC robotically spun ribbed discs, and permanently lubricated pillow block bearings combine to deliver reliable, long-service operation. Licensed tradespeople and industrial maintenance technicians are the primary installers.
The 1125-6-35-EA is designed for industrial and commercial service environments where consistent, reliable hose management is required. The 1-inch ID and 1 7/16-inch OD hose path support a range of fluid transfer applications including compressed air, water, and compatible industrial fluids. The open drum slot and low-profile outlet riser allow the hose to lay flat and wrap smoothly without crimping, reducing wear and extending hose life. This reel is appropriate for shop floors, service bays, fleet maintenance facilities, and similar fixed-mount installations.
Designed as an OEM-style fixed-mount hose reel for industrial and commercial fluid transfer systems requiring a 1-inch ID hose connection and motorized retrieval.
Installation is typically performed by licensed industrial mechanics or qualified maintenance technicians. Disconnect and lock out all electrical power and fluid supply before mounting or servicing the reel. The mounting pattern is located in the steel base for straightforward anchoring to a fixed surface. Electrical connection of the 115-volt AC motor should comply with applicable NEC requirements and be performed by a licensed electrician.
