The COXREELS 1125-6-100 is a heavy-duty hose reel from the 1125 Series, built for demanding industrial and trade applications. It accepts hose with a 1 inch inner diameter and 1 7/16 inch outer diameter, with a 100 ft hose capacity. The reel ships at 69 pounds and measures 41 inches long by 21 inches wide by 21 inches tall. Available in hand crank and motorized configurations, the 1125-6-100 features an electroless nickel plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel inlet, a one-piece all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base, and CNC robotically spun ribbed discs with rolled edges. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and general mechanical contractors are the typical installers.
The 1125-6-100 is designed for industrial and commercial service environments where consistent, reliable hose management is required. The low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design promote a flat, smooth hose wrap that reduces crimping and extends hose service life. The adjustable tension brake prevents free-wheeling during payoff, and the optional hydraulic motor drive suits high-cycle or remote-actuation installations. Permanently lubricated self-aligning pillow block bearings allow smooth drum rotation under load. This reel is commonly found in manufacturing facilities, fleet service bays, construction job sites, and plant maintenance operations.
Designed for use with hose having a 1 inch inner diameter and 1 7/16 inch outer diameter at up to 100 ft in length. Consult COXREELS 1125 Series documentation to confirm fitment with specific hose types and end fittings.
Install by a qualified mechanic or pipefitter following applicable facility safety and plumbing codes. Shut off all fluid supply and relieve system pressure completely before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the A-frame base to a structural surface using the integrated mounting pattern in the steel base. If a hydraulic motor drive is installed, confirm hydraulic circuit pressure and flow ratings match the motor specifications before commissioning.
