The COXREELS 1125-6-100-EJ is a motorized hose reel from the 1125 Series, designed for heavy-duty industrial and commercial applications. It accommodates hose with a 1 inch inner diameter and 1 7/16 inch outer diameter at a 100 ft length capacity. The reel is powered by a 230V AC, 1/2 HP reversible AC rectified motor that handles both pay-out and retrieval. An electroless nickel plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel inlet ensures smooth fluid transfer with no flow restriction. Licensed trades and industrial maintenance crews rely on this reel for demanding fluid handling tasks where reliable hose management is critical.
The 1125-6-100-EJ fits industrial, commercial, and heavy-duty trade service environments including manufacturing facilities, fleet maintenance shops, and contractor operations. The motorized drive makes it well suited for locations where manual retrieval of long hose runs is impractical. The open drum slot design and low profile outlet riser allow the hose to lay flat and wrap smoothly, reducing kinking and extending hose service life. It is equally applicable to compressed air, water, and compatible fluid delivery systems where a 1 inch hose is specified.
Designed for use with 1 inch inner diameter hose at up to 100 ft lengths; part of the COXREELS 1125 Series platform of hand crank and motorized hose reels for industrial and commercial fluid handling applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician or industrial maintenance technician familiar with 230V AC motor wiring and applicable NEC requirements. Disconnect and lock out all electrical power before servicing the motor or electrical connections. The mounting pattern is located in the steel base — secure the reel to a structurally adequate surface using the base mounting holes before connecting hose or power. Do not operate the motorized reel without confirming hose connections are fully engaged and the swivel inlet is properly threaded and leak-free.
