The COXREELS 1125-5-250-H is a heavy-duty industrial hose reel from the 1125 Series, designed for hand crank and motorized operation. Built around a one-piece, all-welded A-frame base fabricated from 12-gauge steel, this reel accepts 3/4 inch ID hose with a 1-1/4 inch OD up to 250 feet in length. A low-profile outlet riser paired with an open drum slot design ensures flat, non-crimping hose wrap during payout and retrieval. CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs with rolled edges add structural strength while protecting the hose and operator. This reel is suited for demanding industrial and commercial fluid transfer applications.
The 1125-5-250-H is intended for industrial service environments where reliable, high-volume hose management is required. Typical installations include manufacturing facilities, fleet maintenance bays, industrial wash-down stations, and hydraulic service operations. The reel accommodates both hand crank and hydraulic motor drive configurations, making it adaptable to varied workflow demands. Its open drum slot design and low-profile riser are particularly well suited to applications where hose condition and longevity are critical.
Designed for use with 3/4 inch ID, 1-1/4 inch OD hose up to 250 feet in length. Suitable as an OEM-style replacement or direct installation reel for industrial fluid transfer and hydraulic service systems requiring a 1125 Series mounting footprint.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial mechanic or fluid systems technician. Shut off all fluid supply and depressurize the hose line before mounting or connecting the reel. Secure the reel to a structurally sound surface using the mounting pattern in the steel base, and verify all NPT swivel connections are thread-sealed and leak-free before returning the system to service. If a hydraulic motor drive is used, follow applicable hydraulic system lockout/tagout procedures prior to any service work.
