The COXREELS 1125-5-175-EF is a heavy-duty motorized hose reel from the 1125 Series, designed for demanding industrial and trade applications. It accepts 3/4-inch ID hose with a 1-1/4-inch OD and handles 175 feet of hose capacity. The reel is driven by a 24-volt DC, 1/3 HP reversible motor and features a machined solid-brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel for fast hose installation and simple seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount. The one-piece all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base and CNC robotically spun ribbed discs with rolled edges give this unit the structural integrity required for continuous professional use. Licensed technicians, facilities maintenance crews, and industrial service professionals are the primary installers.
The 1125-5-175-EF suits industrial service environments, fleet maintenance bays, manufacturing facilities, and heavy-duty field service operations where large hose capacities and powered retraction are required. The low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design produce a non-crimping, flat smooth hose wrap, reducing wear on the hose and minimizing flow restriction. It is sold as a single unit and is appropriate wherever a durable, motorized large-capacity hose reel is specified.
Designed for use with 3/4-inch ID, 1-1/4-inch OD hose at 175 feet of capacity. Suitable as an OEM-style motorized hose reel replacement or new installation in industrial and heavy-duty service applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with both mechanical hose reel mounting and low-voltage DC electrical connections. Disconnect all power sources before wiring the 24-volt DC motor circuit, and follow applicable NEC guidelines for low-voltage motor wiring. Secure the reel to a structurally adequate surface using the mounting pattern located in the steel base. Verify hose end connections are properly threaded and sealed before pressurizing the system.
