The COXREELS 1125-5-175-EB is a motorized hose reel from the 1125 Series, designed for heavy-duty industrial and commercial fluid-transfer applications. It accepts 3/4 inch ID hose with 1-1/4 inch OD and holds up to 175 feet of hose. The reel is driven by a 24-volt DC, 1/3 HP reversible electric motor. Rotation is supported by permanently lubricated, self-aligning pillow block bearings. The one-piece all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base provides rigid structure without bolted joints. A CPC powder coat finish resists chipping, rust, and corrosion for long service life. This unit is installed by industrial maintenance technicians, fluid-system contractors, and service professionals.
The 1125-5-175-EB suits applications requiring motorized, hands-free hose retrieval across extended hose runs. It is well matched to wash-down stations, lubrication systems, hydraulic service bays, agricultural fluid transfer, and fleet maintenance facilities. The open drum slot design and low-profile outlet riser promote a flat, non-crimping hose wrap, which extends hose service life and maintains full flow. The unit ships as each and is sold individually.
Designed for use with 3/4 inch ID, 1-1/4 inch OD hose up to 175 feet in length. Suitable as an OEM-style motorized reel for industrial fluid-transfer and service systems where a 24-volt DC drive is specified.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid-handling and low-voltage electrical systems. Shut off the fluid supply and disconnect or de-energize all electrical circuits before mounting or servicing the reel. The base mounting pattern is located in the steel frame — ensure the mounting surface can support the combined weight of the reel and a fully loaded hose. Low-voltage DC wiring for the motor drive should comply with applicable NEC requirements and the equipment manufacturer's wiring diagram.
