The COXREELS 1125-5-100-ED is a heavy-duty motorized hose reel from the 1125 Series, designed for demanding industrial and commercial service environments. It accepts 3/4 inch ID hose up to 100 feet in length and is driven by a 24-volt DC, 1/3 HP reversible electric motor. The welded steel A-frame base, CNC-spun ribbed discs, and permanently lubricated pillow block bearings are built for repeated daily use. A machined solid brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel simplifies seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount. Licensed trades and industrial maintenance crews are the primary installers and users.
The 1125-5-100-ED is suited for industrial facilities, fleet service shops, agricultural operations, and other commercial environments where a motorized hose reel with extended hose capacity is needed. The low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design promote a flat, non-crimping hose wrap, reducing hose wear over high-cycle use. The CPC powder coat finish resists chipping and rust, making it appropriate for washdown bays, maintenance shops, and outdoor-covered installations. The unit ships as a single assembly and mounts through a pattern integrated into the steel base.
Designed as an OEM-style motorized hose reel replacement or new installation unit for 3/4 inch ID hose applications up to 100 feet in commercial and industrial service settings.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified industrial maintenance technician or licensed contractor. Shut off the fluid supply and de-energize the 24V DC power circuit before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the unit to a structural surface using the integrated base mounting pattern and fasteners rated for the application load. Verify hose end fittings are NPT-compatible and thread sealant is applied per the fitting manufacturer guidance before pressurizing.
