The COXREELS 1125-5-100-EA is a heavy-duty industrial hose reel from the 1125 Series, designed for hand crank and motorized operation in demanding trade and industrial environments. It accepts 3/4 inch ID hose up to 100 feet in length with a 1-1/4 inch OD. The reel is built around a one-piece all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base with CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs, a low-profile outlet riser, and an open drum slot that promotes a flat, non-crimping hose wrap. A CPC powder coat finish provides chip resistance and rust inhibition for long service life.
This reel is suited for industrial, commercial, and contractor applications where reliable hose management is required. Typical installations include service bays, manufacturing facilities, construction sites, and maintenance operations that demand high-volume fluid delivery or retraction. The motorized configuration runs on a 24-volt DC, 1/3 HP reversible motor, making it appropriate for fixed-mount installations where hands-free reel operation is preferred. Licensed contractors and maintenance professionals are the primary installers for this type of equipment.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-install hose reel for industrial and commercial fixed-mount applications requiring 3/4 inch ID hose management up to 100 feet.
Installation is typically performed by licensed contractors or qualified maintenance personnel familiar with fluid handling and low-voltage electrical systems. Shut off all fluid supply lines and de-energize the 24V DC power source before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the reel to a structurally sound surface using the mounting pattern located in the steel base. Consult applicable NEC guidelines when wiring the DC motor circuit.
