The COXREELS 1125-5-100-A-SP is an electro-polished stainless steel hand crank hose reel from the 1125-SS Series, designed for industrial and commercial fluid-handling applications that demand corrosion resistance. It accepts 3/4 inch ID hose up to 100 feet in length. The reel features a stainless steel full-flow NPT swivel inlet, CNC robotically spun and ribbed stainless steel discs with rolled edges, and a one-piece CNC robotically welded 1/4 inch stainless steel A-frame base. An adjustable tension brake prevents free-wheeling. Licensed tradespeople and maintenance technicians in food processing, chemical handling, marina, and general industrial environments are the primary installers.
This reel is built for applications where rust, corrosion, and contamination are ongoing concerns. Typical deployment includes food and beverage processing facilities, chemical processing plants, marinas, and washdown stations where stainless steel fluid paths and non-corrosive external components are required. The low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design promote a flat, non-crimping hose wrap, which extends hose service life in high-cycle environments. It ships as a single unit and is sold individually.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit hose reel for industrial and commercial fluid-handling systems requiring stainless steel construction and 3/4 inch ID hose up to 100 feet in length.
Installation is typically performed by licensed industrial mechanics, plumbers, or maintenance technicians familiar with fluid-handling equipment. Shut off all fluid supply and depressurize the system before mounting or connecting the reel. Secure the A-frame base to a structurally adequate surface using the mounting pattern in the base; verify fastener ratings are appropriate for the load. Follow applicable plumbing codes and manufacturer torque guidelines for NPT inlet connections to prevent leaks.
