The COXREELS 1125-4-450 is a heavy-duty industrial hose reel from the 1125 Series, designed for demanding trade and industrial applications. It accepts hose with a 1/2 inch inner diameter and 7/8 inch outer diameter, with a capacity of 450 feet. The reel features a one-piece all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base for rigid, bolt-free construction. A machined solid-brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows seal maintenance and hose installation without removing the reel from its mount. An exclusive low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design ensures a flat, smooth, non-crimping hose wrap. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and industrial service technicians are the primary installers.
The 1125-4-450 is suited for heavy-use service environments where large hose capacities and reliable retraction are required. Its direct hand crank provides easy mechanical retraction in the field. The adjustable tension brake prevents free-wheeling during hose payout. The CPC powder coat finish resists chipping and rust for outdoor and shop environments. This reel is appropriate for fluid transfer, air supply, and similar high-demand industrial or trade service setups where a 450-foot hose run is needed.
Designed for use with hose rated at 1/2 inch inner diameter and 7/8 inch outer diameter, up to 450 feet in length; part of the COXREELS 1125 Series hand crank and motorized hose reel platform.
Installation is typically performed by industrial maintenance technicians or licensed trade professionals familiar with fluid or air distribution systems. Depressurize and drain any connected lines fully before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the reel to a stable surface using the integrated base mounting pattern and appropriate fasteners rated for the load. Follow applicable OSHA and local codes for fluid handling and overhead or wall-mount reel installations.
