The COXREELS 1125-4-450-EA is a heavy-duty industrial hose reel from the 1125 Series, designed for demanding trade and industrial applications. It accommodates a 1/2 inch inner diameter, 7/8 inch outer diameter hose up to 450 feet in length. The reel operates via hand crank or an electric motor (115 volts AC, 1/2 HP reversible AC rectified), giving installers flexibility depending on workflow. The all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base, CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs, and permanently lubricated pillow block bearings deliver a reel built for continuous professional use. A chip-resistant CPC powder coat finish protects against rust and corrosion in harsh environments.
The 1125-4-450-EA is suited for industrial, commercial, and trade service environments where large hose capacities are required. Typical applications include service trucks, shop air systems, fluid transfer, and maintenance operations where a 450-foot hose run is necessary. The low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design ensure the hose wraps flat and smooth without crimping, preserving hose integrity over repeated use. Licensed trades including industrial mechanics, plumbers, and facility maintenance professionals are the primary installers of this reel.
Designed as an OEM-style industrial hose reel for use with 1/2 inch ID hose in hand-crank or motorized service reel applications across trade and industrial settings.
Installation should be performed by qualified trade or industrial maintenance personnel. Mount the reel to a secure surface using the mounting pattern located in the steel base before connecting hose or power. Disconnect and lock out all electrical power to the motor circuit before servicing the motor, swivel, or bearings. Verify the supply voltage matches the 115V AC motor requirement before energizing the unit.
