The COXREELS 1125-4-325-A is a heavy-duty industrial hose reel from the 1125 Series, available in hand crank and motorized configurations. It is built for demanding trade and industrial environments where reliable hose management and long service life are required. The reel accepts hose with a 1/2 inch inner diameter and 7/8 inch outer diameter, with a capacity of 325 feet. The one-piece all-welded steel A-frame base, permanently lubricated pillow block bearings, and CPC powder coat finish make this unit a durable solution for shops, service trucks, and fixed facility installations. Licensed trades and industrial maintenance crews are the primary installers.
The 1125-4-325-A is suited for industrial and commercial applications requiring long hose runs, including compressed air, fluid transfer, and similar service lines. The low profile outlet riser and open drum slot design allow hose to lay flat without crimping, which is critical in high-cycle environments. The machined brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows hose installation and seal service without removing the reel from its mount, reducing downtime during service calls.
Designed for use with 1/2 inch inner diameter hose up to 325 feet in length as part of the COXREELS 1125 Series hose reel platform. Compatible with hand crank and motorized drive options in this series.
Installation should be performed by qualified mechanical or industrial maintenance personnel. Shut off all pressure to the supply line and depressurize the hose before mounting or servicing the reel. The mounting pattern is located in the steel base for straightforward installation and detachment. Verify that all NPT connections are properly sealed and that the reel is secured to a surface rated for the combined weight of the reel and fully loaded hose before returning the line to service.
