The COXREELS 1125-4-200-EA is a heavy-duty motorized hose reel from the 1125 Series, built for continuous industrial and trade use. It accepts hose with a 1/2 inch inner diameter and 7/8 inch outer diameter, with a 200-foot hose capacity. The reel is driven by a 115-volt AC, 1/2 HP reversible AC rectified motor and rides on permanently lubricated, self-aligning pillow block bearings for smooth, low-maintenance rotation. The one-piece all-welded A-frame base and CNC-spun ribbed discs with rolled edges provide the structural integrity demanded in harsh service environments. A chip-resistant, rust-inhibiting CPC powder coat finish protects the unit long term.
The 1125-4-200-EA is suited for industrial facilities, fleet maintenance shops, construction sites, and any application requiring motorized retrieval of long hose runs. The exclusive low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design keeps hose wrap flat and non-crimping, which is critical when working with 200 feet of hose. The machined solid brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows hose installation and seal service without removing the reel from its mount, making it a practical choice for permanent installations where downtime matters.
Designed for use with hose rated at 1/2 inch inner diameter and 7/8 inch outer diameter, up to 200 feet in length. Intended for industrial hose reel applications requiring motorized retrieval in permanent or semi-permanent mount configurations.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified maintenance technician or industrial mechanic. Disconnect and lock out all electrical power before servicing the motor or electrical connections, and shut off the fluid supply before disconnecting any hose fittings. The mounting pattern is located in the steel base for straightforward installation and detachment. Electrical connections for the 115-volt AC motor must comply with applicable NEC requirements and should be made by a licensed electrician.
