The COXREELS 1125-4-100-EA is a heavy-duty industrial hose reel from the 1125 Series, built for demanding trade and industrial applications. It accepts hose with a 1/2-inch inner diameter and 7/8-inch outer diameter, with a 100-foot hose capacity. The reel ships with both hand crank and motorized drive capability, powered by a 115-volt AC, 1/2 HP reversible AC rectified motor. The one-piece, all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base, CNC-spun ribbed discs, and permanently lubricated pillow block bearings are designed for long service life under continuous use. A CPC powder coat finish resists chipping, rust, and corrosion.
The 1125-4-100-EA suits a wide range of professional applications including fluid transfer, washdown, lubrication service, air supply, and general industrial hose management. The low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design promotes a flat, non-crimping hose wrap, which extends hose life and reduces flow restriction. Typical users include maintenance technicians, fleet service shops, industrial facilities, and trade contractors who require a dependable motorized or manual reel at a fixed service station.
Designed for use with 1/2-inch inner diameter hose up to 100 feet in length and 7/8-inch outer diameter. Intended for fixed-mount installation in industrial, fleet, or trade service environments requiring motorized or hand-crank hose management.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified maintenance technician or industrial contractor. The mounting pattern is located in the steel base for straightforward reel installation and removal. Electrical connection of the 115-volt AC motor should comply with applicable NEC requirements and be performed by a licensed electrician. Shut off all fluid supply and disconnect power to the motor before performing any service on the swivel, bearings, or hose connections.
