The COXREELS 112-3-150-CM is a hand crank hose reel from the CM Series Caddy Mount line, designed for portable, high-pressure hose management in commercial and industrial environments. It accepts hose with a 3/8 inch inner diameter and holds up to 150 feet of hose. The reel is rated to 4,000 psi, making it suitable for demanding fluid transfer and compressed air applications. Mounted on a wheeled caddy frame, it allows a single technician to transport a full hose load to the job site without manually coiling or uncoiling hose. A direct hand crank provides controlled mechanical retraction. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial service contractors are the primary installers and users of this equipment.
The 112-3-150-CM is suited for commercial and industrial service applications where portability and high-pressure capability are both required. The wheeled caddy mount allows the reel to be rolled between work areas, making it practical for contractors working across large facilities, job sites, or service bays. The 4,000 psi pressure rating supports use with compressed air lines, water service hose, and similar fluid delivery applications. The 3/8 inch ID hose capacity fits standard trade hose sizes used in these settings.
Designed as a portable caddy-mount hose reel for commercial and industrial hose management applications. A 4 inch inlet hose with 3/4 inch female fitting and male garden adapter is available as an optional accessory for use with garden hose.
Installation and setup should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with hose reel equipment and the applicable fluid or compressed air system. Depressurize and shut off the supply line completely before connecting or disconnecting any hose or fittings. Verify that all NPT swivel fittings are properly sealed before returning the system to pressure. For permanent base mounting, use the pre-drilled base holes and fasten to a stable surface appropriate for the working load.
