The CORDOVA 3712GXXL is a knit cut-resistant glove rated ANSI/ISEA Cut Level A2, built for trade professionals who need reliable hand protection without sacrificing dexterity. The shell and lining are constructed from HPPE (high-performance polyethylene) in a 13-gauge seamless knit, providing a low-bulk fit suited to repetitive handling tasks. The palm and fingertips are dip-coated with gray polyurethane (PU), delivering a smooth grip surface on dry and light-contact applications. At 9 inches overall length with a 2.5-inch knit cuff, this glove covers the wrist without interfering with tool operation. The pair weighs 0.15 pounds and is sized 2XL, which corresponds to a women's 3XL fit.
These gloves are used in light industrial, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general mechanical service environments where workers handle sheet metal components, conduit, pipe fittings, and similar materials with moderate cut-hazard profiles. The ANSI/ISEA Abrasion Resistance Level 3 and Puncture Resistance Level 3 ratings make them a practical choice for general assembly, parts handling, and maintenance tasks. The EN 388 rating of 4342 makes them suitable for worksites that require European standard compliance alongside ANSI 105:2016 certification.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard-issue hand protection glove for light industrial and trade service applications requiring ANSI Cut Level A2 compliance.
Gloves should be inspected before each use for cuts, coating separation, or degradation that could compromise protection. Polyurethane-coated gloves are not suitable for wet or oily conditions unless specified for such use. Replace gloves when the coating shows visible wear or when cut resistance can no longer be verified visually. Follow all applicable worksite PPE requirements and OSHA hand protection standards when selecting and using cut-resistant gloves.
