The CORBIN RUSSWIN CLX3357-NZD-626-CT6D-LFIC is a Grade 1 storeroom cylindrical lever lock from the CLX3300 Series, built for high-traffic commercial openings where security and durability are required. It features a Newport lever design and ships prepped for Corbin Large Format Interchangeable Core (LFIC) with a 6-pin configuration and a disposable plastic core installed. The permanent core is sold separately. The lock operates in storeroom function, meaning the lever is always locked from the outside and requires a credential for entry. Backset is 2-3/4 inches with an ANSI SA114 strike included. Finish is 626/US26D Satin Chrome. Installation is intended for licensed locksmiths or commercial door hardware professionals.
This lock is suited for interior and exterior commercial doors in office buildings, healthcare facilities, education, and retail environments where controlled access at storeroom or secured spaces is required. The LFIC prep allows the end user or facility manager to rekey the lock in the field by swapping cores without removing the lock from the door, making it well suited for large facilities managing master key systems. The CLX3300 Series supports new construction and retrofit applications and is available in all standard ANSI finishes and lever styles.
Designed for use with Corbin Large Format Interchangeable Core (LFIC) cylinders, specifically the CR8000 series core. Compatible with standard commercial door preparations for cylindrical locksets per ANSI/BHMA standards. Verify door prep and handing before ordering.
Installation should be performed by a licensed locksmith or qualified commercial door hardware technician. Verify door thickness, backset, and cross bore dimensions match the lockset requirements before beginning. Disconnect or secure access control wiring if applicable before removing any existing hardware. The disposable plastic core must be replaced with a permanent LFIC core before the lock is placed into service.
