The CORBIN RUSSWIN CLX3351-NZD-613E-CT6D-LFIC is an ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 cylindrical lever lock built for high-traffic commercial and institutional entryways. It features a Newport-style lever in a 613E Dark Oxidized Satin Bronze finish and ships with a Corbin Large Format Interchangeable Core (LFIC) 6-pin prep with a disposable plastic core installed. The 2-3/4 inch backset and included ANSI Strike SA114 make it ready for standard door prep. Licensed locksmiths, commercial door hardware installers, and facilities technicians are the primary trade installing this hardware in new construction and retrofit applications.
This lever lock is configured as an entrance function, meaning the exterior lever is locked or unlocked by key or thumbturn while the interior lever remains free-egress. The Large Format IC prep accepts Corbin LFIC cylinders, allowing facility managers to rekey locks without removing the lockset from the door. The disposable plastic core ships in place to protect the core housing during installation and must be replaced with a permanent LFIC cylinder before the lock is put into service. This makes it well suited for projects where cores are keyed and distributed separately.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation cylindrical lever lock for commercial doors prepared to accept Grade 1 cylindrical hardware with a standard 2-3/4 inch backset and ANSI strike prep.
Installation should be performed by a licensed locksmith or qualified commercial door hardware technician. Verify the door is properly prepped for a cylindrical lock with the correct backset and that the frame is prepped for the ANSI SA114 strike before beginning. Remove the disposable plastic core and install the permanent LFIC cylinder before putting the lock into service. Follow applicable building and fire code requirements for hardware function and egress hardware on rated door assemblies.
