Copeland 998-AB52-01 is an alkylbenzene synthetic refrigeration lubricant (Ultra 200) formulated for extended drain intervals and improved thermal stability versus mineral oil. The 1 gallon oil is wax-free, tolerates higher compressor discharge temperatures, and is available in 150 SUS viscosity. It is compatible with CFCs (R-12, R-502), HCFCs (R-22) and retrofit blends, and is suitable for reciprocating, rotary vane, and scroll compressors.
