The COOPER LIGHTING MSLED300 is a solar-powered, motion-activated LED wedge light rated at 300 lumens — equivalent output to a 40-watt incandescent lamp. Operating at 5,000 Kelvin, it delivers a crisp, daylight-range color temperature suited for exterior security and pathway lighting. An integrated battery pack stores solar charge and provides up to 60 minutes of continuous run time on a full charge. The built-in motion sensor covers a 120-degree detection arc, and an integrated timer shuts the light off automatically after 1 minute of inactivity. Installation requires no line-voltage wiring, making it appropriate for property managers, electricians, and knowledgeable DIYers working on low-maintenance exterior lighting projects.
The MSLED300 is designed for residential and light commercial exterior applications where running conduit or low-voltage wiring is impractical or undesirable. Typical install locations include building entryways, walkways, garage walls, fences, and outbuilding exteriors. The wedge-style form factor allows surface mounting on flat vertical surfaces. Because the unit is self-contained and solar-powered, it is well suited for remote structures — sheds, barns, and detached garages — where utility power is not readily available. Each package contains two units.
Designed as a self-contained solar LED wedge light for standard exterior surface-mount applications on flat vertical surfaces.
The MSLED300 requires no electrical rough-in or low-voltage wiring and can be installed by electricians or qualified DIYers using basic hand tools. Mount on a flat, vertical exterior surface with direct southern sky exposure to maximize daily solar charge. Verify the mounting surface is structurally sound before fastening. Position the motion sensor zone to cover the intended detection area without pointing the solar panel toward obstructions or shade.
