The COOPER BUSSMANN FRN-R-100 is a 100-amp, 250-volt Class RK5 time-delay cartridge fuse in the Fusetron FRN-R series. It is designed to provide reliable overcurrent protection in circuits where motor loads, transformers, and other inductive equipment require a fuse that can tolerate temporary inrush current without nuisance tripping. The time-delay characteristic allows the fuse to ride through startup surges while still opening quickly on sustained overloads or short-circuit faults.
