The CONTINENTAL CONTITECH HZB07530-25-31 is a multipurpose air hose built for demanding shop, industrial, and field service applications. Constructed from EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), it delivers reliable flexibility and resistance to weathering, ozone, and temperature extremes ranging from -40 degrees F to 190 degrees F. The hose measures 3/4 inches inside diameter and 1-5/32 inches outside diameter across a 25-foot length. It carries a 300 psi working pressure rating, making it suitable for high-demand pneumatic tool use. Fittings are 3/4 inch MNPT on one end and 3/4 inch FNPT swivel on the other, allowing fast, no-twist connections to compressor outlets and pneumatic equipment.
This hose is suited for contractors, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and general maintenance trades that run pneumatic tools in both indoor and outdoor environments. The EPDM construction holds up in cold-weather jobsite conditions where other hose compounds stiffen or crack. The swivel FNPT end reduces torque on the connected tool fitting during use, which extends fitting life and reduces the chance of leaks developing at the connection point. At 25 feet, it covers typical service reach from a portable compressor to a work area without the bulk of a longer hose.
Designed as a general-purpose replacement or service air hose for pneumatic systems using 3/4 inch NPT fittings at compressor outlets, air manifolds, or tool drop connections.
Installation is performed by HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and general contractors using standard pipe wrenches or adjustable wrenches on NPT fittings. Always depressurize the air supply line before connecting or disconnecting the hose. Inspect fittings and hose body for cuts, abrasions, or coupling damage before pressurizing. Do not exceed the 300 psi working pressure rating and keep the hose away from sharp edges, pinch points, and heat sources during use.
