The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS PT0815-500K is a flexible black polyurethane pneumatic tube rated for continuous service in compressed air and fluid transfer applications. It features an outside diameter of 8.00 mm (approximately 0.315 inches), an inside diameter of 5.00 mm (approximately 0.197 inches), and a wall thickness of 1.50 mm (approximately 0.059 inches). The tube handles a maximum working pressure of 145 psi across a temperature range of -40 to 165 degrees F. With a Shore 95A hardness rating, it delivers firm yet flexible routing suitable for industrial and trade pneumatic plumbing. Licensed trades and maintenance professionals cut this tube to length from a 500-foot coil, sold in 1-foot increments with a 25-foot minimum cut length.
This polyurethane tube is suited for light-to-medium industrial pneumatic systems, air tool supply lines, and automation plumbing in both shop and field environments. It is compatible with Coilock push-to-connect fittings and Poly-Tube fittings, making it a direct fit for existing pneumatic distribution runs using those fitting systems. Depressurize and lock out the pneumatic system completely before cutting or connecting tubing. Use a clean, square tube cutter to ensure a flush end cut — angled or ragged cuts will compromise push-to-connect fitting seals.
