The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS PT0606-100TBD is a flexible polyurethane pneumatic tube rated for demanding compressed-air and fluid-transfer applications. It measures 0.25 inches inside diameter and 0.375 inches outside diameter, supplied in a 100-foot coil. With a maximum working pressure of 147 psi and a service temperature range of -60 to 200 degrees F, this tube handles the thermal and pressure cycles common in industrial and shop-floor pneumatic systems. The 95A Shore hardness rating delivers a balance of flexibility and kink resistance that matters in routed or articulating installations. HVAC, plumbing, and industrial service technicians install this tube where push-to-connect fittings and clean routing are required.
This tube is suited for compressed-air distribution lines, tool feed lines, and light fluid-transfer runs in both shop and field environments. The blue color supports quick line identification in multi-circuit installations. At 100 feet per coil, the length accommodates most single-zone runs without a splice. The polyurethane construction resists abrasion and repeated flexing better than standard nylon or PVC alternatives, making it appropriate for applications where the line moves or vibrates during operation.
Designed for use with Coilock Push-to-Connect Fittings and Poly-Tube Fittings as specified by the manufacturer. Suitable for general compressed-air and pneumatic-tool supply applications using 3/8-inch OD tube connections.
Installation is typically performed by industrial maintenance technicians, pipefitters, or mechanical contractors familiar with pneumatic distribution systems. Depressurize and lock out the compressed-air supply before cutting or connecting tube. Use a clean, square tube cut to ensure a proper seal in push-to-connect fittings — a ragged or angled cut is a common source of fitting leaks. Secure the tube with appropriate clamps or clips to prevent chafing against edges or moving components.
