The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS PT0404-100TCD is a flexible polyurethane air line tube used in pneumatic distribution systems throughout industrial, commercial, and trade service environments. The tube measures 0.16 inches inside diameter (ID) by 0.25 inches outside diameter (OD) and ships in a 100-foot coil. It carries a maximum working pressure of 175 psi and handles temperatures from -60 degrees F to 200 degrees F, making it suitable for both cold-storage and high-ambient applications. Clear color allows visual inspection of airflow and any contamination. Shore 95A hardness gives the tube enough rigidity to hold shape without kinking under normal routing.
This tube is intended for pneumatic air supply lines in light industrial facilities, production floors, automotive service bays, and maintenance shops. It is well suited for runs between compressors, manifolds, valves, and air tools. The 100-foot coil length provides enough material for extended runs or multiple short drops from a single spool. Installers working with push-to-connect pneumatic fittings will find this tube dimensionally correct for standard quarter-inch fitting bores. It is rated UL94HB compliant, which is relevant in applications where flame-spread ratings are a factor.
Designed for use with Coilock Push-to-Connect Fittings and Poly-Tube Fittings as specified by the manufacturer. Fits standard 1/4-inch OD tube port sizes on compatible pneumatic components.
Pneumatic tube installation is typically performed by maintenance technicians or industrial pipefitters working under applicable compressed-air system codes. Depressurize and lock out the air supply before cutting into any existing line or replacing a run. Use a clean, square tube cutter rather than a knife to ensure a flat, burr-free end face for proper push-to-connect seating. Avoid routing the tube against sharp edges or heat sources that exceed the 200 degrees F temperature rating.
