The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS PT0203-2500B is a flexible polyurethane pneumatic tube designed for low-profile air and fluid routing in compressed-air systems. Measuring 1/16 inch ID by 1/8 inch OD with a 1/32 inch wall thickness, this tubing handles working pressures up to 126 psi and operates across a temperature range of -40 to 165 degrees F. Sold in 1-foot increments from a 2,500-foot coil, it is stocked in blue for easy line identification. The Shore 95A hardness rating gives this tube excellent kink resistance while retaining the flexibility needed for tight routing in pneumatic control panels and automation assemblies.
This tubing is suited for light industrial and automation applications where compact, flexible air lines are required. Typical uses include pneumatic control circuits, instrumentation lines, and small-bore compressed-air distribution in manufacturing and assembly environments.
