The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS PR532-10B-G is a coiled, self-storing polyurethane air hose designed for pneumatic tool and equipment connections in industrial, workshop, and trade service environments. The hose stretches to reach the work area and retracts when not in use, reducing clutter and trip hazards on the job site. It carries a maximum working pressure of 125 psi and operates across a temperature range of -40 degrees F to 125 degrees F. Both ends terminate in brass male swivel fittings with 1/4-inch thread, allowing connection without line twisting. Inside diameter is 0.160 inches, and outside diameter is 1/4 inch.
This coiled hose is suited for light-duty to medium-duty compressed air applications including pneumatic nailers, impact wrenches, ratchets, blow guns, and spray equipment. The 10-foot extended length provides working reach in tight bays, service trucks, and shop benches. Designed as a replacement or supplemental coiled air hose for standard 1/4-inch pneumatic systems using male swivel NPT connections. Suitable for use with common air compressors and pneumatic tools rated at or below 125 psi.
Installation is performed by connecting each male swivel fitting to the appropriate female port on the air supply or tool, with no special tools required beyond thread sealant if needed for the application. Depressurize the air supply line completely before connecting or disconnecting the hose. Do not exceed the rated 125 psi working pressure. Route the hose to avoid sharp edges, pinch points, and heat sources that could degrade the polyurethane jacket.
