The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS PE2510-250D is a flexible polyethylene pneumatic tube designed for low-pressure air and fluid transfer applications in industrial and light commercial settings. With a 5/32-inch outside diameter (0.1560 inches) and a 0.1060-inch inside diameter, this tube is rated to 166 psi maximum working pressure and handles a temperature range of -60 to 200 degrees F. The natural color finish and Shore D 50 hardness make it easy to route and identify in multi-line installations. Licensed trade technicians and pneumatic system installers working with push-to-connect fittings will find this coil a standard solution for instrument air and control line runs.
This tube is suited for residential and light commercial pneumatic control systems, instrumentation lines, and fluid transfer circuits where flexible, lightweight tubing is required. It is FDA compliant and meets NSF-51 standards, making it appropriate for food-adjacent and potable-water-adjacent applications where material compliance is required. The 250-foot coil length supports longer continuous runs without splicing, reducing potential leak points in a system. It is rated for use with Coilock push-to-connect fittings and Poly-Tube fittings, keeping installation fast and tool-minimal.
Designed for use with Coilock push-to-connect fittings and Poly-Tube fittings as specified by the manufacturer.
Shut off all compressed air supply and bleed line pressure to zero before cutting or connecting tubing. Use a sharp, clean tube cutter to ensure a square cut end for proper seating in push-to-connect fittings — angled or ragged cuts are a leading cause of fitting leaks. Verify fitting compatibility with 5/32-inch OD tubing before installation. After connection, pressure-test the circuit at working pressure and inspect all joints for leaks before returning the system to service.
