The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS PE1010-500N is a natural polyethylene pneumatic tubing supplied in a 500-foot coil, sold and cut in 1-foot increments with a 25-foot minimum cut length. It is designed for compressed air distribution and pneumatic control lines in industrial, commercial, and light manufacturing environments. The tubing handles a maximum working pressure of 90 psi and operates across a temperature range of -40 to 150 degrees F. With a Shore 50D hardness rating, it remains flexible enough for routing through tight spaces while maintaining structural integrity under continuous pressure cycles. Licensed trades and pneumatic systems technicians use this tubing for both permanent runs and flexible drop lines.
This tubing is suited for use in plant air systems, pneumatic tool supply lines, and automation control circuits. Its natural color makes it easy to identify in multi-line installations. The 10.00 mm outside diameter and 8.00 mm inside diameter provide consistent flow characteristics across extended runs. It meets FDA and NSF-51 standards, making it appropriate for applications in food processing or light beverage environments where incidental contact compliance is required. It is compatible with Coilock push-to-connect fittings and poly-tube fittings for tool-free assembly.
Designed for use with Coilock push-to-connect fittings and poly-tube fittings. Suitable for standard compressed air pneumatic tubing applications requiring a 10.00 mm OD tube.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic systems technician or maintenance professional. Depressurize and lock out the air supply before cutting, fitting, or replacing tubing in an active system. Use a sharp, square tube cutter to ensure a clean end for proper push-to-connect engagement. Do not exceed the rated working pressure of 90 psi or operate outside the stated temperature range.
