The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS PE086-500B is a flexible polyethylene air and fluid transfer tube rated for continuous service in pneumatic plumbing and general-purpose fluid-handling systems. The tube measures 3/8 inch inside diameter and 1/2 inch outside diameter with a 1/16 inch wall thickness, giving it a Shore 50D hardness that balances flexibility with shape retention. It handles a maximum working pressure of 90 psi and operates across a temperature range of -40 to 150 degrees F. The 500-foot coil is sold in 1-foot increments with a 25-foot minimum cut length, making it well-suited for shop-line installations and service vehicle restocking. Licensed pipefitters, pneumatic system technicians, and industrial maintenance trades are the primary installers.
This tube is designed for use in compressed air distribution, pneumatic tool supply lines, and light fluid transfer applications in both shop and field environments. It is rated FDA and NSF-51 compliant, making it acceptable for food-processing and potable-water-contact installations where polyethylene tubing is code-permitted.
