The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS NC1210-500N is a flexible nylon pneumatic tubing supplied in a 500-foot coil and sold in 1-foot increments with a 25-foot minimum cut length. It carries a maximum working pressure of 165 psi and is rated for temperatures from -60 to 200 degrees F, making it suitable for both cold-storage environments and standard shop or industrial compressed-air systems. The tubing has a 12.00 mm outside diameter, 10.00 mm inside diameter, and 1.00 mm wall thickness. A hardness rating of 78 HR and a UL94HB flame classification round out the core performance characteristics. Licensed contractors and pneumatic system technicians are the typical installers.
This tubing is used in compressed-air distribution lines, pneumatic tool supply runs, automation equipment plumbing, and fluid-transfer systems where a lightweight, flexible, and pressure-rated line is required. The natural color makes it easy to identify and route in multi-line installations. It is compatible with Coilock fittings and Poly-Tube fittings, covering a wide range of push-to-connect and compression-style pneumatic connections common in both light industrial and commercial settings. Residential shop builds and industrial maintenance applications are both within scope.
Compatible with Coilock fittings and Poly-Tube fittings. Suitable as a general-purpose flexible pneumatic supply line wherever 12.00 mm OD nylon tubing is specified.
Installation is typically performed by pipefitters, pneumatic system technicians, or qualified maintenance personnel. Depressurize and lockout the compressed-air system fully before cutting or connecting tubing. Use a clean, square tube cut to ensure a leak-free seat in push-to-connect or compression fittings. Follow applicable OSHA and local compressed-air safety codes when routing and securing tubing runs.
