The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS NC0325-2000K is a flexible black nylon pneumatic tube rated for continuous use in compressed air and fluid transfer applications. It features a 3/16-inch outside diameter, a 9/64-inch (0.138-inch) inside diameter, and a 0.025-inch wall thickness. Rated to 225 psi maximum working pressure and a temperature range of -60 degrees F to 200 degrees F, this tube handles demanding shop and field environments. It is sold in 1-foot increments with a 25-foot minimum cut length and is available on a 2,000-foot coil, making it well suited for bulk installation jobs where long continuous runs are required. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and pneumatic system technicians are the primary installers.
This nylon tube is designed for compressed air distribution, pneumatic control lines, and light fluid transfer in both industrial and commercial settings. It is compatible with Coilock fittings and Poly-Tube fittings as specified by the manufacturer, making it a direct fit for pneumatic plumbing systems that already use those fitting families. The flexible construction allows routing through tight spaces and around obstacles without kinking, reducing installation time on complex pneumatic layouts in machinery, automation equipment, and compressed air networks.
Compatible with Coilock fittings and Poly-Tube fittings as stated by the manufacturer. Suitable for compressed air lines and light fluid transfer systems that use 3/16-inch OD tube connections.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic technician or pipefitter. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air system completely before cutting or connecting tube sections. Use a clean, square tube cutter to ensure a leak-free seat in push-to-connect or compression fittings. Verify fitting compatibility and confirm the system operating pressure does not exceed the 225 psi tube rating at any point in the line.
