The COILHOSE PNEUMATICS NC0216-100ND is a flexible nylon pneumatic tube designed for low-to-medium pressure air and fluid transfer applications in industrial and trade environments. It measures 0.093 inches inside diameter and 0.125 inches outside diameter, with a 100-foot coiled length that makes it well suited for routing through panels, machinery, and control systems. Rated to 225 psi maximum working pressure and a temperature range of -60 to 200 degrees F, this tubing handles demanding shop and field conditions. It carries a UL94HB flame rating and is manufactured in a natural (clear) finish. HVAC technicians, pneumatic system installers, and maintenance mechanics are the primary installers.
This tubing is intended for use in compressed air distribution, pneumatic control lines, and instrumentation plumbing in both light industrial and commercial settings. The 100-foot coil provides enough material for most single-zone or multi-branch runs without splicing. It is compatible with Coilock fittings and Poly-Tube fittings, making it a direct fit for existing Coilhose Pneumatics pneumatic systems and compatible push-to-connect assemblies.
